We renovate occupied Florida facilities without shutting them down.

Schools, hotels, transit, retail, and public buildings. We phase the work around your calendar and your people, keep life safety intact every day, and hand each space back on a date, not a guess.

Maloney Construction is a commercial general contractor built for facilities that cannot close. Our roots are in disaster recovery, where keeping the client operating is the entire job. That discipline now runs through everything we build.

One wall. Guests on this side, renovation on that side.

A Marriott lobby renovation in Ocala, photographed from both sides of the same containment wall. The hotel never stopped checking guests in.

Hotel lobby in use: guests' seating and dining tables set up directly against a clean modular containment wall with a signed access door. The work side of the same wall: negative-air machines ducted through sealed panels, kraft paper on the floor, renovation underway.
Guest side

Sealed modular containment panels with a dedicated, signed entry. On the work side, negative-air machines pull dust and odor through the wall and out, so the lobby side stays clean enough to serve breakfast.

The seating in the guest-side photo is the hotel's own lounge furniture, in use during the project.

A new office, built in a live hallway.

New partition walls and an office framed, hung, finished, and painted inside a school corridor while the exit route stayed open and the classrooms around it stayed in use. The floor tile you see is the original — it never left service.
